- Two letters, one legacy. MH carried the name of Mustapha Hamdan, one of the Middle East distinctive hair stylists but the brand around his name hadn't grown up. A visual identity that once felt personal now felt thin, unable to carry the weight of a wellness and grooming destination that Kuwait most discerning clients expected. Rebranding in Kuwait rarely means starting over it means giving the name a room to become what it already deserved to be.
- We don't rename a legacy, We reframe it. Keeping "MH" intact meant every solution had to work twice as hard same initials, same heritage is an entirely new register.  We needed a men grooming and wellness branding system sophisticated enough to match the skill behind the chair without ever asking the founder to step out of his own name
- A spa is a room. A brand is a world. Our brand strategy directed MH visionaries to past the four walls of their own wellness center, encouraging a self-care product line built to live well beyond a single address on shelves, eventually in an e-commerce storefront of its own. This is brand positioning for the long game every touchpoint retail or digital, written into the plan from day one, so MH could grow from a grooming destination into a retail wellness brand as well.
- Sophistication isn't shouted, it's set the new identity guidelines were built to telegraph premium positioning before a single word is read in the weight of a typeface or the restraint of a palette. that quiet confidence of a logo lockup that finally matches the price point and the parlor chair. Every guideline exists to make MH Spa & Salon services, pricing, and process feel like one coherent decision towards MH Experience.
- A name finally fits its reputation. MH now recognized as wellness and grooming brand built for where it's headed retail shelves, digital carts and future locations not just where it started. Two initials, one unmistakable identity and a foundation built to carry the brand name as far as the brand is ready to go.
